China Live is a three story interactive culinary and cultural destination located at the gateway of San Francisco’s Chinatown, offering an in-depth exploration of Greater Chinese gastronomy. Our mission is to demystify Chinese ingredients and recipes while educating guests on the rich history and influence.
China Live Restaurant, & Marketplace on our ground floor, is a must-visit San Francisco Bay Area culinary destination.
Our 2nd floor features the Award Winning Cold Drinks Bar, Eight Tables by George Chen plus our Gold Mountain Lounge smaller private dining space and Space*88 is our private large event space on the 3rd floor.
We can host everything from intimate parties of 10 people to large reception-style events for up to 825 with multiple sensory experiences featuring food and beverages from our 3 award winning venues.

Sleek, modern and industrial, the Space*88, on the 3rd floor of China Live, is equipped with audio visual capabilities, views of historic Chinatown and the Transamerica building and customizable configurations for 30-200 guests and features food and beverage from China Live.
