Founded by restaurateurs George Chen and Cindy Wong-Chen, this 30,000 square foot culinary and cultural hotspot in the midst of Chinatown provides unprecedented access to Chinese cuisine. The first level includes a cafe specializing in tea and coffee, a market restaurant featuring an ever-changing seasonal menu, eight viewable food prep stations, a central bar, and a retail showroom full of specialty ingredients, kitchen wares and fine tea sets. The second and third levels are currently in development and will include a fine dining restaurant, cocktail lounge and banquet hall.
